  • Primary guarantee: Replace nanny, no charge to family, within first 120 days of employment
  • Extended guarantee: Replace nanny, prorated credit to family, after first 120 days of employment up to one year

  • For the past 21+ years, our replacement rate has been an average of  7% annually

  • No additional registration fee for long term placement families and nannies
